Minister Of Music

Will Harris is a renowned musician, and singer. A native of Oxford, Mississippi, he began playing the piano and singing in church at an early age. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in  Vocal Music from Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi and a Master of Education Degree in Teacher Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Harris is presently a student at The Robert Webber Institute for Worship Studies, where he is pursuing a Doctorate of Worship Studies Degree.

Will Harris has performed as a baritone soloist in such operas as Amahl and the Night Visitors, Porgy and Bess, and The Promise. He has also performed in the stage play, Lillies of the Field.

Mr. Harris serves as Minister of Music of Lewis Chapel Baptist Church, in Fayetteville, NC and he is the former president of the Raleigh, North Carolina- Eastern Area Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America.

In June of 2013, he released his first Solo CD Project titled “He Knows My Name.” In October of 2013, Harris led the expansive music ministry of Lewis Chapel in their first live CD and DVD Recording titled “Everything to God in Prayer.” In 2014, he released his sophomore project titled Dream Again, featuring Will Harris and Friends. In September of 2017, Harris will release his third CD Project titled a Songwriter’s Journal Live in Fayetteville featuring Will Harris and Friends.
